Hi, my name is Bill Ferrante. I know Real Estate.
A couple of years back I was born into a family whose main gig was Residential Real Estate Brokerage. Over the years that business has matured into Commercial Brokerage, Management, Development and just about any facet of the business you can imagine. This is the world I grew up in. Before I could drive, I knew the staff at the city Planning and Zoning office. I was intimately familiar with all the conceptual drawings in my fathers office as well as with the rent rolls for the office park he developed, owned and managed.
Today I’m a resident of East Orlando, in the lovely 32828 zip code. My primary concentration is working with people like you to find them the home they’ll love to make their home, selling their current home and even the entire process of moving from one home to another. My speciality is attending to the specific needs of every client I have. No two deals are the same and neither are my clients. It’s their situation that controls the deal, and that’s what comes first.
We also work with investors of all shapes and sizes, residential and commercial.
